I was diagnosed with stage 3 bowel cancer six years ago, I live in a developing country and I had no warning, no blood, pain,,, just a blocked bowel, and could not return to Australia for treatment.

They threw everything at me that they had, major surgery, chemo and radiotherapy.

Somewhere along the line they cooked a bit of my remaining bowel and I now, cancer free, suffer from colitis.

I cannot seem to get anyone interested in the condition and self medicate with bismuth tablets.

If anyone has experience with this issue I would be most grateful to hear if they ever dealt with it successfully.
