It can speed up your recovery, assist with side effects, and improve your quality life.&amp;nbsp;And if you're caring for someone with cancer, it's a great way for you to improve your physical and mental wellbeing as well!&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;How can we help?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;A free face-to-face exercise and nutrition program. Our &lt;A title="ENRICH program" href="https://www.cancercouncil.com.au/enrich/" target="_blank"&gt;ENRICH program&lt;/A&gt; introduces survivors and carers physical activity, healthy eating as well as practical information to help adjust to life after treatment.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;A free phone-based exercise and nutrition program. Our &lt;A title="Healthy Living After Cancer program" href="https://www.cancercouncil.com.au/healthy-living-after-cancer-program/" target="_blank"&gt;Healthy Living After Cancer program&lt;/A&gt; links survivors with health professionals and coaching over the telephone. They will help you get active, and learn how to eat better so you feel better as well.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Cancer Council&amp;nbsp;ACT offer a free&amp;nbsp;&lt;A title="Living Well After Cancer Program" href="http://www.actcancer.org/information-and-support/education-programs/living-well-after-cancer-program/" target="_blank"&gt;Living Well After Cancer Program&lt;/A&gt;. This is a 2.5 hour program, designed&amp;nbsp;for cancer survivors, carers, family, friends and work colleagues.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;A title="Exercising during Cancer treatment" href="https://www.cancercouncil.com.au/cancer-information/managing-cancer-side-effects/exercise-cancer/" target="_blank"&gt;Exercising during Cancer treatment&lt;/A&gt;. Exercise physiologists and physiotherapists use exercise in helping to manage injury and chronic diseases, including assisting people with cancer.&lt;/LI&gt;
