Thank you Emily,

It's wonderful to hear encouraging stories.

I am still trying to find myself after everything that has occurred. I am still in a daze and wondering, what's the point? I don't think this is a very good place to be though. So I need to start somewhere.

Hi Guys,

I am new to this forum. I am a non-hodgkins lymphoma cancer survivor and have been in remission for 2 and a half years. My life has changed dramatically since being diagnosed and treated. I've joined to learn and share with the community.

Cheers,
Tonka.

Hi Tonka, my husband has been in remission from stage 4 Follicular Lymphoma for 5 years. He is now 45, and healthier than ever. (He discovered a love of cycling and began eating much healthier about 2 years ago, and has lost 27 kilos since that time- for most of his adult life he had been overweight and quite sedantry.) I hope this is encouraging for you- you have many possibilities! love Emily

Hi Tonka, me too! Just finished treatment for follicular lymphoma and finding recovery MUCH harder to deal with than treatment! How are you now?
