My team at the Westmead Breast Cancer Institute and University of Sydney acknowledge that the COVID19 has been an especially challenging time for many people with a history of breast cancer, with support groups being postponed or cancelled.<BR /><BR />Together with&nbsp;breast cancer survivors, breast cancer specialists and digital health experts, we developed a free 3-month text message service. The service covers topics like mental health, exercise, healthy eating and has links to free survivorship services and government advice for COVID-19.
