<description>Hi there, My sister lives overseas and was operated on for colon cancer about a year ago. According to the docs all went well (she has a permanent stoma now) and no spreading. However, she has just been told that it has spread to her liver. I am devastated to say the least - she was due to come out here for Christmas to finally get some rest and recuperation. Does anyone have some encouraging experiences with secondary liver cancer - as I believe this is called. She says she feels well and healthy which is a good thing and something to hold on to.
