<description>&amp;nbsp;I have to admit that I used to feel guilty when I used time for myself but have no gotten over it - I figure I deserve to have some me time. I have a 'work room' with my computer &amp;amp; sewing machines and when I step into that room I switch off everything else (although I do have a baby monitor with me so I can keep tabs on my husband) and just devote the time to doing thing I enjoy or help me relax.
