Hi,

my Mum is undergoing hormone and targeted therapy to treat breast cancer. She is in her late 70s so I realise her cognitive function isn't what it was, however, I am noticing that she is suffering a little more memory loss and confusion recently. I understand that cancer treatments can affect cognition but I am just wondering what I can do to support her with this without scaring her. Any suggestions are very welcome.

Kind Regards

WindsweptDancer

Memory loss and cognitive impairment involve difficulties in remembering, learning new things, concentrating, or making decisions. These conditions can result from aging, medical conditions, or neurological disorders such as Alzheimer's disease.
