Hi there,

This is my first post. I have recently been diagnosed with stage 4 bowel cancer. If anyone has a few tips that would be great. Yesterday I had to come home not even 20 minutes into grocery shopping due to stomach cramps and still going a couple hours after, with pain killers. The pain and fatigue are taking my days over quickly. I do online shopping however I would like not to feel so sick 😷 all day. Any tips?
