Forgotten Cancers

Did any one else read they are looking for volunteers to take part in a study of a number of cancers that do not get much research into them,I am contemplating joining the study, hopefully it looks promising for future generations and maybe a better understanding of our cancers kj

http://www.forgottencancers.com.au/ silly I read about this in the herald/sun the above is the website to visit for information from memory it lists 15 cancers they call forgotten cancers kj

All the best to you 3 who signed up. My cancer is not one of the forgotten.Most doctors don't even know about it so they can't forget it.

Well that needs to be corrected guys......it's like the support groups......there are only groups for the common cancers.

Thanks for this. I had uterine cancer 4 years ago. Actually my profile photo now shows the symbol for uterine cancer and September is the month to recognise it. Our colour is apricot.

I filled in the paperwork questionaire a while ago ,yesterday I received the dna kit in the mail I gave my dna and sent it off to the forgotten cancers project has any one else received theres yet kj

Seen FORGOTTEN CANCERS PROJECT advertised on TV last night, good to see more awareness in the public domain about these Cancers and what can be done to help fight these diseases kj
