I recently watched the SBS Insight program on Cancer Breakthroughs. There is so much work that needs to be done for the rest of diagnosed cancers that affect men and women. It is long but worth it. Here is the link

I really believe that most of the current research is a waste of money, it would be much better to go in the direction of early detection of cancer. The only way that we can cure it at the moment and for the forseeable future is to catch it in the early stages. This has been done with breast cancer and it is working very successfully.
