Over 20 years I have had many BCCs and SCCs cut out.</P><P>I have had both sides of my bottom lip operated on in recent years. In March this year I had major surgery to remove my bottom lip, a large part of my jawbone and 6 front bottom teeth. My lip/chin was reconstructed from my left forearm.</P><P>Last year...2023...I had SCCs and a melanoma removed from my scalp leading to 2 x 20 days radiation in May and October.</P><P>I am plugging on and look like facing another 20 days radiation for a poorly differentiated SCC on my forehead.</P><P>So....what I seek is advice from people regarding strategies for eating. I have all teeth bar 6 at front bottom, I can chew but when doing so cannot close my mouth as there is not enough flesh. Food falls out unless I cover my mouth.
