I've had breast cancer with treatment including chemotherapy.&nbsp; Post treatment I fell in a hole mentally,&nbsp; struggled with constant ruminating thoughts that was physically and mentally exhausting. Found it difficult to find the right help so got very low as it continued for many weeks.
