topic Prostate Cancer in I've just been diagnosed

I have just been diagnosed with prostate cancer - PI-RADS5 and Gleason 6 (3+3). Probably no big deal but I have to wait until 3 Apr before I see another specialist to discuss options. The wait is the worst thing. However, I lost my beautiful wife to colo-recral cancer when she was 39yo, 12 Oct 1987. My two daughters were 14yo and barely 13yo when their mum died. Any advice, in the interim, would be greatly appreciated.
