I have recently been diagnosed with stage 4 bowel cancer. If anyone has a few tips that would be great. Yesterday I had to come home not even 20 minutes into grocery shopping due to stomach cramps and still going a couple hours after, with pain killers. The pain and fatigue are taking my days over quickly. I do online shopping however I would like not to feel so sick <span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_medical_mask:">😷</span> all day.
