The guy said just to check in 6 months, but I feel scared, he tells me it could be melenoma and is unusual then tells me to just wait six months then see how it goes? I just.. I don't know what to do. I'm trying not to worry. Its just hard. I don't understand any of this and I dont know what to do. Please help? It doesn't matter what the odds are, as soon as you hear you may have cancer, you can't rest easy until you know for sure. I would recommend you get a second opinion and see if you can get someone to investigate further. Six months is a long time to wait. That being said, getting a biopsy of something in the back of your eye sounds really tricky, so they might want to spare you the procedure unless it's really necessary.
