Is anyone using any of the varieties of stress reducing/controlling methods such as meditation, mindfulness , binaural beats and self-hypnosis that are prolific on Youtube and elsewhere on the internet?

I have used the following to some good effect most if not all of which requires headphones -

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hvOgpzRJxJg

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vAfo8JPvNQI

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e4Eod9ljkyA

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4D8ezH0iXh8

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xQ6xgDI7Whc

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UkM-FjfN6Mc

I would be interested to learn if anyone with cancer has found some modality or method they use to alleviate, deal with or control stress.

I haven't tried these but they might be good for my Mum, thanks for sharing them!

I know she tries to do simple yoga when she can and even a simple walk with some of her favourite music is a great way for her to destress.
