Hi there - I've just passed from week 4 to 5 of my current treatment round for head neck cancer (HNC), involving radiation and chemo. I've been compiling a weekly update vlog that you can watch by following this link - https://youtu.be/VYO3WED25c4

This week I've included a few tips to help deal with chemo side effects. There are a lot of things that help, like staying active and keeping on top of nutrition, so to keep it brief I've concentrated on a few things to keep on hand - a chemo survival kit - to make life easier for you and your carers.

Best of luck on your own cancer treatment journey.
