Hi All,

Currently doing chemotherapy and have posted in the other treatment forum, but I just wanted to ask from anyone with experience…..

How do you keep mentally showing up for your next chemotherapy appointment? What do you tell yourself to keep going physically, mentally or emotionally?

I am starting to feel like a mental image, GIF or youtube clip of someone being dragged into the hospital and treatment room by my legs, by the person who drives me to my appointments, trying to grab onto everything around me to anchor myself. Although I’d never voice that out loud. And I feel that stronger every appointment. And I don’t mean this description in any disrespectful way.

Thank you for reading and any feedback.

Milo01
