      <description>Sorry ,no real knowledge but imagine it is post-operative swelling which takes months to go down. The other thought is as you said,muscles not being used normally . Possibly both are the causes. Ask your doctor ,your surgeon. He/she should've explained this before ,I think.They don't seem to prepare some of us for all possible and probable side effects. They don't realise how much these things affect us emotionally.</description>
