<title>topic Oncotype in Treatments and side effects</title>
    <link>https://onlinecommunity.cancercouncil.com.au/t5/Treatments-and-side-effects/Oncotype/m-p/15250#M2513</link>
<description>Currently in hospital after left breast mastectomy and my surgeon is in the process of referring me to an oncologist. Lymph nodes are clear but chemo is still being mentioned. A test conducted overseas 'oncotype' has been suggested whereby a score is given relating to the chance of recurrence. Has anyone had experience with this test or treatment for lobular BC when lymph nodes are clear?</description>
