After 2 surgeries, radiation, chemo, Herceptin and now estrogen blockers, I feel its time to "reset" and take stock before getting on with my life. I want to go to a health retreat where I can do yoga, meditate, exercise and eat well for a week. Can anyone suggest a place that would be suitable for a single female aged 62. I was thinking Bali but anywhere someone has been and liked would be great!
