My surgeon strongly recommends full excision of the osteosarcoma mass in my pelvic bone. Chemo and radiation do not do much with the type of bone cancer I have so excision is the only real solution. I have further meetings with him to discuss everything in more detail but atm I can say that I will have the affected bone taken out and replaced with a titanium implant, fusing the implant to the sacrum for stability.&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Has anyone here had a similar procedure?
