Letting you know that our next Work and Cancer webinar:  "How do I manage difficult conversations at work?" will be held on Thursday 30 March 2017 at 7pm for an hour.

Background

Nearly a quarter of cancer survivors report changes to their employment situation. Physical, emotional, psychosocial, practical and/or occupational difficulties may arise along with an increased incidence of workplace discrimination, unemployment and involuntary retirement. We will be discussing communication in the workplace to work towards minimising any negative circumstances

Panelists

Professor Bogda Koczwara is a medical oncologist at the Flinders Centre for Innovation in Cancer in Adelaide and the National Breast Cancer Foundation Fellow.

Sally Linwood is a lawyer with a background in corporate governance and pro bono legal services.

Mubarak Suleman is a HR Business Partner at Cancer Council NSW.
