Hi. I've just joined this forum in the hope to gain some insights about how to recover from cancer and help my body heal from the effects of chemotherapy. I'm 29 years old and was diagnosed with Stage 2 ovarian cancer last year. I've had two operations since and my 6th (and final!) chemo will be this week. I'm very excited yet also a little nervous about having less specialist care and having to be more personally responsible and accountable for this next part of my journey. I understand it's normal. However, is there any thing I can do to make this transition less nerve racking?
