Scared of returning to work

3 years after treatment for throat cancer i am scared to return to work. My wife understands this but as i cant claim benefits money is tight. I dont like going anywhere. I have tried to speak to my doctor about my feelings but was told to just get back into work and i would be fine.

Hello,

 

It's okay to feel scared, everyone does its human nature, maybe you could contact the cancer council to see what other options they can suggest?? On 13 11 20 or maybe centre link to explain the situation - it can't hurt.

 

But what I want to know most is, how is everything???
