After Care GP Recommendation Non Hodgkins Lymphoma

Hi,

I’ve joined this community in an effort to support my mum, who has non-Hodgkins lymphoma, and after failed chemotherapy, continues to be part of a clinical trial. In particular, an appeal for recommendations for GPs in Melbourne that are able to provide proper after care for those who are immunocompromised. For years my mum has moved from GP to GP getting inadequate support, doctors who have no experience supporting an immunocompromised patient, and are not informed enough to provide the required care. They seem to just take a guess, again and again - and it’s led to all sorts of issues, the most recent being permanent hearing loss following an infection. If anyone is in Melbourne, and has a doctor they’d recommend, it would be so appreciated if you’re able to share.
