Cancer

Hello, my 44 year old son had a knot come up on the side of his neck last October. When he finally went to the doctor he was diagnosed with melanoma. They did surgery and took out 5 lymphnodes. They thought that they had gotten it all. But right after the surgery he had another knot come up right beside the first one. They did a CT Scan and it didn't show cancer so they said that it was probably just and infection. So, they gave him an antibiotic to take. The knot just kept growing getting bigger and bigger. He finally went back to his dermatologist who had found the  cancer the first time and she did another biopsy.  When the results came back it was melanoma again.  But this time it had spread to his brain, lungs, liver, bones, neck pretty much everywhere! In 5 months time. Now my son has 4th stage melanoma. They have already done radiation on his brain and he has had 3 treatments of immunity (Keytruda) so far. He also had a kidney transplant 13 years ago. So, they have to be really careful with what they give him so that it doesn't mess with his kidney. I have just lost my husband, (his Dad ) in April with 4th stage mastatazized esophageal cancer. So if you have time and don't mind please pray for my son and for our family.  He is the father of two of my precious grandkids. One is 15 and the other one is 17. The reason that I wanted to join your group is that my son has lost so much weight. He will be hungry, but after a few bites he gets a terrible metal taste in his mouth and makes the food taste terrible.  So then he can't eat it. Has anyone in this group experienced anything like this? And if you have,  please tell me what if anything you did to take care of it. Thank you all in advance for your help.
