Exploring the barriers to optimal survivorship care for people living with cancer in NSW Australia

Living with and beyond cancer often comes with many challenges. Cancer Council NSW is conducting a research project aiming to improve care for people impacted by cancer in NSW from first diagnosis to follow-up care. If you’ve ever been diagnosed with cancer, we need your help to make cancer care better across the state. By taking part, you go into the draw to win a Woolworths e-gift card.
