It is confronting to watch someone young, strong & capable disintegrate in front of your eyes. Today's a bad day, Ben got up to make breakfast (he loves to make food for his family- that's his passion) He cleaned up, went outside for 5 minutes to clean up after the dogs & has limped back inside to go back to bed. He's struggling to walk, it's painful to watch. It's hard to stay positive, but I am trying! I need to for him. I clean, & I clean & I clean Distraction keeps the mind free of the "what if's" 2nd lot of avastin tomorrow.

Hi Melanie, I really feel for you. I totally understand about the cleaning, too! There's something about bringing order to the physical environment that is soothing. Sending you hugs through cyberspace. Emily x
