I have been recently asked to become a self-care ambassador for Health Storylines. I can tell you this app has proved to be a lifeline for me. It has a meditation and affirmation (love, gratitude, etc) section, it lets you track symptoms, keep a food diary and even "journal" in it as well as keep a note of questions for your doctor(s). Because it is so powerful in keeping all info in one place it makes you feel supported by your own data! I've been using it for about 16 months now. I love it!
Maybe you will too. So I'd love to share it with you and hopefully get funds directed to an Australian charity.
By refering those of you who have cancer to Health Storylines then the people behind the app will donate to a charity associated with your type of cancer.
Here's how by following these 3 steps:
1. REGISTER BEFORE MAY 13 2018
Register for Health Storylines online via www.healthstorylines.com or on your phone ( iTunes, or Google Play).
2. ADD CANCER TYPE TO PROFILE
Once registered, go to the "profile" page and add your type of cancer under "conditions."
3. USE THE APP DAILY FOR 2 WEEKS
Finally, you MUST use the app once daily every day for two weeks to be in the running to get funds to your cancer's charity.
Fingers crossed, Ridgy
