Well it has been so long that I had forgotten about this great place for support and stories of strength :)
I'm back and I have fought colorectal cancer all the way.
My temp stoma was reversed Oct 2014 and I'm getting used to the "new normal" and went back to full time duties as a Personal Trainer (at times that is a little interesting).
Last CT Scan revealed "something" at the original surgery site but thankfully there has been no mets abdo or pelvis (happy dance). PET scan has been organised for next week - a little apprehensive but the outlook is positive. More news later............
I'm looking to connect with other survivors 50 years and younger as I'm not finding joy in support for my age group.
