re possibble mRNA trials for Brain Cancer

Hi,

My sister in law's Daughter has terminal Brain Cancer. All the standard procedures have not worked and in a last bid desperate effort, i am asking if anyone knows if there are any immunotherapy/mRNA trials available in Australia, as they seem to have a few in the UK. This is a bit out there, but is it possible with crowd funding, to approach one of the Pharmaceutical companies/labs and request a personalized treatment? Thanking you for any response.
