I am sharing because my husband was diagnosed 8 weeks ago with multiple Myeloma cancer.
We had marriage problems but now on the dexamethasone and pain meds he has become very moody angry irritable and emotionally abusive. I am beside myself. I can't leave him as he is unwell. The only rest I get is when he goes to hospital with high temp. My mental health is being affected.
He cannot see how he is treating me.
Can anyone suggest anything.?
We have been married 45yrs. I am seeing a counsellor. I am very teary on and off.
And it's every Saturday and Sunday.
I had to leave work to care for him.
