Hi, my mother was diagnosed with stage 1b3 Cervical cancer in April of 2021 but wasn't even treated until the end of July, they cut it out first then did Chemo around the area after but I'm wondering if that should of been reversed as the cancer spread and it's now stage 4 advanced, even has a tumor in her brain. After they took the cancer out with surgery they did do a scan which showed no cancer, unfortunately around November of 2021 they checked again and it was everywhere except the cervix area.
I know she's a gonner but I'm trying to figure out if the right steps were taken at the right time or not? Can anyone shed some light? I can answer any additional questions.
