Daughter had bone marrow transplant from brother and now her bloods are different

Hi there, My daughter was diagnosed with ALL 7 years ago and received a bone marrow transplant from her younger brother, which seemed to be a complete success. Over the last few months she has been having blood test and they are now coming up with high red cells, high white cells and high platlets but she is not sick. Has anyone heard of this. Her doctor said that her blood levels are that of a male. Is it possible because she had bone marrow from a male that now her blood levels will rise to that of male blood levels. Comments would be appreciated. Thanks Jo
