Question re my CT scan report

Hi, just had a CT scan last week and have a question about the report. It states:

A 44 x 32 x 19mm intraluminal filling defect in the caecum surrounding fat planes are clear. A few narrowed segments of the ascending colon. There is no bowel obstruction, pertforation or collection. No lymphadenopathy or free fluid.

There is no adnexal mass.

There is no suspicious bone lesion. Small sclerotic focus likely bone island in the left sacrum Mild calcification of the aortoiliac vessels. The lung bases are clear.

COnclusion

Intraluminal filling defect is the caecum ? mass lesion or dense faecal material. Endoscopic evaluation advised for the history of weigfht loss.

I am wondering if anyone had similar report and what they think it may mean for me.
