Free Online Mental Health Programs - CanCope

Hey everyone 🙂

I am part of a team of cancer researchers and psychologists from Melbourne (Australia) running CanCope - online wellbeing research programs for cancer survivors (i.e., anyone who has finished primary treatment, such as chemo, surgery, or radiation). These online programs run for 8 weeks, are free, and are focused on improving wellbeing and mental health - we realise how difficult it can be to cope even after primary treatment finishes. We would love for you to take part in our meaningful mental health research.

Here is a link if you would like to sign up directly: https://redcap.link/cancopeAnd here is our website that explains the programs in more detail: https://cancope.weebly.com

I look forward to hearing back from any of you! Please feel free to contact our team directly on psych.cancope@monash.edu - we are more than happy to answer any questions.

Thank you, Isabelle 🙂
