Esthesioneuroblastoma

Hi, I am an esthesioneuroblastoma survivor from 2005.  I have had a cranial resection, chemo/radiation and also two recurrences.  I am trying to find out more info as to what type of cancer esthesio is.  I know that a PET/DOTATATE scan identifies it so am thinking it is classified as a neuroendocrine cancer.  Does anybody have more information?
