Hello im yaqub (jacob)

Im an 59 year old male, diagnosed with primary liver cancer (HCC) in 2016 3 tumors in different parts of liver. After 3 times TACE,  i was free of cancer between 2019 and 2022.  In 2022 they found again a tumor bigger than 10 cm plus cholangiocarinoma (bile duct cancer). Initaial treatment was gemcitabine + cisplatin + durvalumab, then followed by  a Y90 treatment after that pembrolizumab + lenvatinib saw some good results.

(keytruda plus lenvima). One tumor didnt respond

After that we agreed tondo a SBRT (stereotactic body radiation therapy) in nov 2024, to  liver lesion at segment 4a.  The resukts were good but again 2 small tumors showed up what made me end up using  now Bevacizumab, abraxaane and gemcitabine.  tomorrow i will have the treatment again in singapore Mount E hospital. For me it worked verry well to work out weightlifting everyday. 6x week. It made me mentally stronger and saw myself even in these treatments progress in power and muscle grow.

My apologies for this long introduction. Its nice to have a community to exchange thoughts.

PS: i got the HCC after a long time

of Hep C, that i got rhrough a blood transfusion in the military before it was tested on Hep C.

Thank you and a great day
