Hey everyone,
My name's Jen, and I wanted to reach out to this community for some support and advice. Recently, my brother received some tough news – he's been diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer at just 40 years old. It's been a shock for all of us because he's always been the picture of health, leading an active lifestyle as an athlete.
This diagnosis has really shaken our family, and I'm looking for any guidance or experiences you might have to offer. Does anyone have recommendations for support groups, coaches, or nutritionists? It feels like my brother isn't getting the support he needs right now, and he might be feeling overwhelmed with where to start.
He's had to halt his chemotherapy after just five weeks because of elevated liver levels and a low white blood cell count. If anyone has gone through similar challenges or knows of alternative treatments like IV vitamin therapy that could help, I'd really appreciate your insights.
Any advice or suggestions would mean the world to us. Thank you so much for your support.
Warm regards,
Jen
