Melanoma

I had sentinel node biopsy removed (4 nodes) from groin areas 2 weeks ago.Develop swelling half size of tennis ball.Swelling is very hard on touch, but no pain or redness, no sign of infection..Please advise how to reduce swelling and what we are dealing with?Thank you.
