Pancreatic cancer digestion pain

Hello, my name is Markus and I am trying to cope with the pain of stage 4 pancreatic cancer. I have had the nerve block done and that helped with the back pain. I take creon when I eat. I am on endone, oxy, pregabalin and nothing seems to help with the pain after I eat. I am mainly living on Sustagen as digesting that is uncomfortable but bearable. When I try to eat real food I am up all night trying to deal with the pain. I have found a hot shower really helps. Once I have opened my bowels the pain eases up but later ramps up again. I am at my wits end. I need to sleep and I need to eat. I have already lost 20+kg in a short amount of time.

Was hoping someone had a natural substance (already taking medical cbd) remedy that I could try. The pain meds and creon are not really helping.
Thank you

Re: Pancreatic cancer digestion pain

Has it been mentioned about trying fentanyl pain patches or morphine..

Are palliative care involved, usually they can advise on various ways and meds.
