Pelvic excenteration

Hi my name is Lindy and I have been recently faced with the prospect of total pelvic exenteration sorry can't get the spelling right. This has given me a great deal of different emotions and do I do it or not. Neither options I have been given are fantastic. I was wondering if there is anyone that has been through this that may be able to help me with this.

Thank you for trusting this space with something so raw and painful.

Facing the possibility of a total pelvic exenteration is enormous and it makes complete sense that you are feeling a mix of emotions and uncertainty about what to do.

I hope some members who have been through this surgery will see your post and share their experiences.
