Recovering from Cervical Cancer

Hi everyone, I had my last treatment for stage 2 cervical cancer a year ago. My current diagnosis is 'no sign of active cancer.' Lately I've been experiencing pain in my hip and in my lower back, left side so my GP arranged for me to get an x-ray. The x-ray doesn't show any signs of cancer spreading and the doctor said it is probably just muscular. I am almost 50 and work in childcare, but don't usually have longer lasting back problems. I feel like there is more going on. Has anyone had a similar experience? Are x-rays accurate with bone cancer ? Thankyou for any advice and if anyone needs to ask me any questions about my cervical cancer experience, go ahead.
