Hello I am 22 years old and about two years ago I had experienced shoulder pain that lasted for a few months then disappeared but now it’s back only at night does it get worse. I google things a lot I am a hypochondriac I have anxiety about dying all of the time, I feel so lost with myself. I am just really scared and no I haven’t been to the doctors and I know that’s what everyone is going to say which is the obvious thing to do I know, I just get really bad anxiety about the doctors because I things like this but if anyone can just help me out a little bit idk how but it would be really nice.
