Help us understand support needs of people affected by cancer in New South Wales (NSW)
If you live in NSW and you are affected by cancer (i.e., you have a current or past diagnosis of cancer, or you are a carer of someone with cancer), Cancer Council NSW invites you to participate in this survey about your support needs. Please click here if you would like to read the Information Statement and/or complete the survey.
The findings from this research will be used to plan Cancer Council services and to campaign for broader health system changes to improve the quality of life of people affected by cancer.
At the end of the survey, you can enter a draw to win one of two Woolworths e-gift cards.
