When you are impacted by cancer, whether directly or indirectly, there may be unexpected emotional effects. You might be feeling stressed, overwhelmed or not like your usual self; and sometimes, talking with the people around you, isn't enough.

 

Counselling can help you explore how to cope with emotions such as fear, anxiety or grief. And counselling can also help with challenges you may be facing such as communication issues, isolation and adjusting to changes in family or social dynamics.

 

Our professional counsellors are experienced in helping people affected by cancer and they understand that many changes in your life can occur when cancer impacts your life.
