Cancer Wellness Program

Like the ENRICHing Survivorship program, the Cancer Wellness Program is for people who are completing their cancer treatment.

The program is designed to assist people who have had cancer, to transition from the clinical management that is involved with treatment into supported self-management.

What's involved?

The program is facilitated by trained health professionals that are supported by Cancer Council Victoria. The program is run right across Victoria, in most Melbourne hospitals as well as regional (public and private), as well community health centres.

The program covers:

  • adjusting to physical and emotional changes
  • returning to work
  • building a healthy lifestyle, working with your GP
  • managing the financial impacts of cancer
  • connecting you with other support services in your local community
  • sharing tips and stories with others going through a similar experience

To find out more about our Cancer Wellness program in Victoria, please call 13 11 20 on weekdays, between 9am-5pm.
