Cancer-related hair loss is not something that everyone affected by cancer will face, but it is a very individual experience, that for some can be frightening or distressing.
Some people who experience hair loss like to wear a wig, whilst others prefer to use hats, turbans or scarves to be more comfortable. Everyone's choice is different and deciding what works for you, is the most important thing.
Some states and territories offer wig services or may have a wig library available for you to use, whilst others will be able to refer you to community organisations and businesses that will be able to assist you in finding a wig.
