Prostate cancer now metastacised into bone cancer. ?

So many different treatments and options. Prostate cancer by prostectomy 2 years ago an all went well for two years. Sudden PSA went up over one month from 01 to 23. what a shock. Not sure what to do. Anyone gone through this?
